People who didn’t want to settle for the sanitized version of Ang Lee’s Lust, Caution turned to the dirtier illegal download, and ended up in need of a shot of virtual penicillin. Chinese censors chopped about 30 minutes of the old hot-n-heavy out of the movie, increasing demand for a pirated copy showing the American cut. But hackers have replaced many copies of the film with bundles of malicious software causing everything from BSOD to password theft. It’s known as Trojan.Win32.Mnless.zgw, though InfoWorld and others prefer “the Lust virus.” At last count, about 15 of Lust downloads were poised to zap systems.

Combine the sleek stylish form of the Maya Single Chair, a 32-inch television angled for maximum lounging relaxation, a pair of 60W speakers and a sub and you have a setup that most people couldn’t possibly afford. If you are most people, you will be spared the horrors of sticker shock given that little information exists on the Maya, and it appears to be a concept at this point.

A friend of mine asked me to help him start an online business. He needed a shopping cart solution for his idea. So, being a good friend that I am, I started looking around for the best ecommerce software that will suit his needs.
The fact that my friend’s online business will be small kept me away from the big fish in the pond ( financially speaking ) and look for solution that would best fit his budget. I needed something easy to use, easy to implement and of course easy to maintain. And I found Ashop Commerce, a company that caught my attention. They produce a shopping cart software that has lots of interesting features starting from the easy setup, the range of payment options it supports, the tax and shipping information and to the web optimization.
After taking a good look at the admin and front page demo of the solution I recommended this one to my friend. And if you will ever need something like that I suggest you pay them a visit and take a look. You might find there a winner.

SanDisk revealed their newest solution for boosting your laptop’s performance. Their solution is a 8GB / 16GB flash drive attachedĀ to your laptop’s PCIe port. Without using the builtin SATA / IDE port this device was designed with only one thing in mind : raw performance for the laptop. Being recognized as a drive inside Windows, you can install your OS on it and thus using all of its performance for your own pleasure. A Mac version will be launched also pretty soon. The extra performance comes from “pre-controlling the distribution of storage data between itself and the hard drive” , the drive manufacturer announced. The only glitch is that this solution will be available to OEM partners only.

The long waited version of ATI’sĀ TV Wonder 650 has finally been released for the Mac. It’s designed around the common white color, has a new interface and parental control. Unfortunately nothing new has been added to the original specs, still packs OTA Analog and HD, Clear-QAM but it is a good choice for someone who is thinking of designing a mini Mac HD PVR system. All of these can be yours for the price of $149.
